Cancellation Policy

At Niamat Multivision Driving School, we respect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec (Article 190).

How to Cancel

You may cancel your contract at any time by:

Sending the official Contract Cancellation Form, or
Sending a written notice of cancellation (by email, mail, or delivered in person) to our school at:

Your contract will be cancelled immediately upon sending the form or written notice—no additional formalities are required.

Before lessons begin:
If you cancel before we begin providing services, you owe no fees or penalties.
After lessons have begun:
If you cancel after services have started, you are required to pay only:
1. The cost of the lessons already provided (based on the agreed rate in your contract), and
2. The lesser of the following:
  - $50, or
  - 10% of the price of the unused services.

Within 10 days of cancellation, we will refund any amount owed to you after deductions (if applicable).

This policy follows sections 190 to 196 of the Consumer Protection Act.
